Knot is an entangling four letter word.
I was working with my father yesterday on some tasks that required us to secure things down with rope.
"What knot do you think we should use here?" he asked me.
"Its been a while, but I'd go with a taut-line hitch. Then again, I've been known to go with a taut-line hitch for a lot of things."
"Funny, when your brother helped me with this, thats what he suggested too."
"Well, besides the fact that its the right hitch for this job... I taught him knots."
Today I went to look up the knot, just to make sure I had tied it correctly. Turns out there are quite a few hitches that go by this name... so I had a pretty good chance of getting it right.
